Start An Order

Visit our ‘Start an Order’ page and fill out the form. When submitted, you will receive a reply with a unique reference number and detailed shipping instructions. If you wold like a quote before you ship you can send us the details of your product and we’ll email you back a quote.

Ship Us Your Products

Pick up your products and ship them to us. It’s a good idea to try and select the best products if you can, trying to avoid dings, dents, and scratches. Of course, pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. Enclose your reference number inside the box so we can let you know when your products arrive.

We Photograph Your Products

When your products arrive in our studio we’ll contact you to let you know. Now that we have your products on-hand, we will go over the details of your order and discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have. Once payment is received or placed in escrow we’ll start shooting your photos.

Instant Online Delivery

Once your photos are ready, we’ll upload them to a private folder in the cloud where you can view and download them immediately. We keep your photos available online for 60 days. If you’d like to make any changes or additions (additional charges may apply) let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back.

Frequently Asked Questions

We charge per photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 pictures each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.

Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases. Detailed rates can be found on our pricing page.

Before starting your project we will send you a quote for the project. You can pay with Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or you can choose to place the money in escrow with a third party until the project is completed.

Yes, of course! You can provide a prepaid label at your UPS, FedEx, or USPS account number and email it to us. Alternatively, we can donate your products to a local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back.

As a general rule, anything larger than 3 feet on the longest side or heavier than 50 pounds will be subject to additional charges. Please contact us to discuss before shipping those types of items.

No, you can be located anywhere. Our central location makes it convenient to ship from anywhere in the continental U.S.

Most projects are delivered in about a week, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.

If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoot for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.

Photos are delivered in your choice of PSD,TIF, JPG, or PNG format at 300 dpi. If you have a specific size you require, just let us know. If you are not sure, just let us know what the images will be used for and we will make them the proper size and format.

Once payment has been made in full and photos have been delivered, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication, including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyright for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.
